Copper Pipe Lamp
Light up the night like its 1879!
Thomas Edison said of inventing the incandescent bulb - "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
Don't worry, it won't take you 10,000 tries to build this Edison-inspired pipe lamp at our class! Not only will you learn to work with copper pipe, which has many applications (just check out our copper pipe workshop where we build plant stands, wine racks, and more!). You will ALSO learn how to strip wire, wire plugs and sockets and make a lamp!
Choose from different blueprints to customize your lamp. All the designs will be a table top size lamp but you can vary the design a little to get different looks to suit your style.
We’ll introduce you to the tools needed to cut and polish copper pipe, and adhesive methods. We’ll also teach you all about lamp making, tools and materials needed, different types of kits supplies available, and you’ll leave knowing how to create a variety of lamps you see on Pinterest or even how to upgrade your own lamps!
Why we love this workshop:
These lamps are so classy, we love the industrial-chic style but it’s also practical! The skills learned at this class can be applied in a variety of ways in real life!
